Joshua Generation is more than a summer program—it is a place where faith is strengthened, lives are shaped, and the next generation is invited to stand firm in Christ.

We believe God works powerfully through ordinary people who are willing to show up, serve with love, and walk alongside young hearts.

That is why we love our volunteers.

Volunteers are not “extra help” here. You are part of the community. You help create an environment where students feel safe, seen, and supported—where teaching can take root and transformation can happen.

Why We Do This

We serve because Jesus first served us. We believe investing in young people matters deeply, and that every act of faithfulness—whether visible or behind the scenes—has eternal value. When adults model humility, joy, and consistency, students notice. And God uses it.

How You Can Serve

There are several meaningful ways to be involved during the Joshua Generation summer program:

• Kitchen & Hospitality
  Help prepare and serve meals, care for shared spaces, and create a welcoming atmosphere where conversations and community naturally happen.

• Operations & Support
  Assist with logistics, setup, organization, and daily needs that keep the program running smoothly.

• Serve Alongside Our YWAM Staff
  Join a team walking directly with students—supporting outreach, activities, prayer, and daily rhythms of the program under the leadership of experienced YWAM staff.

Whether you are serving quietly in the background or actively alongside students, your role matters.
